The Advertising Policy for inculcates conduct rules, rights and obligations for Users of advertising services pursuant to the advertising agreement entered into by and between members and 

By using the Site, members acknowledge and agree to the Rules stated in this policy. reserves the right to modify all the terms and conditions of these Rules without prior notification to its user. The revised rules will have effect upon publication on the Site. If a user disagree with the changed rules user shall immediately cease to use the Site. If the member continues to use the Site after the publication of the changed rules he/she shall be deemed as agreeing and accepting the revised rules.


Members using NARUVIS Advertising service shall not engage in the following activities.

a) Using any form of contents which has a third party copy right.

b) Using vulnerable contents related to adultery, abuse etc.

c) Using URL and Links directing to explicit contents, Adult websites etc


3.1 NARUVIS Admin has the rights to

a) Change, modify, crop and edit the contents of the Advertisement Banner if required.

b) Remove the Advertisement Banner without prior information on unsuccessful/delayed payments.

c) Remove the Advertisement Banner in case of any complaints received on the banner's content.

e) Remove the Advertisement Banner in case of credit card or any other payment related disputes.

f) Remove the Advertisement Banner in case we notice any scams or scam related complaints in the Advertisement Banner Content.


4.1 shall have no liability for failure to execute accepted advertising orders and notifications in case of unavoidable circumstances/situations.

4.2 In the above situation the Advertisement request will be processed to the upcoming business day.


5.1 Client will be invoiced upon placement of the advertisement on website. 
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

5.2 Advertisement Booking will be cancelled if full amount is not received within the specified time period.


6.1 Advertisement Banner fee once paid is non-refundable, except when the member's card/internet banking service is charged wrongly either in excess or twice due to technical error.

6.2 In such case, the member shall contact us and submit the prescribed 'Refund Application Form' to for further review by our account management team. And in 2-3 business days you will receive an acknowledgement stating that your application has been received in good order and is under processing.

6.3 Our review process normally takes up to 10 business days and upon successful validation of your application, we shall transfer the excess amount (less any interest and/or additional bank charges) back to your account.

6.4 reserves the full right to modify its pricing structure, discounts, payment conditions and refund policy from time to time at its sole discretion.


7.1 All the banner disputes, advertisement issues, payment disputes, fraudulent will be handled as per the Indian Judicial Rules and Regulations
